Email Templates
Reusable email templates the whole team shares. Write one once — with
merge fields like {{boy_name}}
that auto-fill from a participant — then load it in the “Email a guardian”
box on any boy’s profile. Any staffer can add or edit a template; only the
author (or an admin) can delete one.

These fill in automatically from the profile you load the template on — a participant (the boy) or any person (coach, donor, guardian, staff, board). {{first_name}} / {{full_name}} work everywhere; the boy-specific ones (guardian, site, season…) fill on a participant and leave a sensible blank elsewhere. Fields marked soon aren’t in our data yet — they’ll light up on their own once the registration details (preferred site, Early Bird, registration date) are folded in.
