Three doors, one queue. A coach application, a school asking for a team and somebody writing in through the contact form are different things, but they are the same job: read it, answer the person, decide. The tabs are the work state, so they mean the same thing whichever kind of row you are looking at. A blank region hides nothing — an unassigned row of any kind shows to everyone until somebody claims it, and assigning it hands it to one region here and in the morning digest. An application carries no season — the season lives on the assignment, which is what grants Coach Hub access.
