Coach agreements

I understand a minimum of 2 coaches must be present at each practice. *

I understand LMR coaches do not transport any participant (outside my own immediate family) in a vehicle while volunteering. *

I understand that if I can't attend a practice, I'll communicate with the coaching team, make best efforts to find a substitute, and reach out to LMR staff if I need help. *

I volunteer to serve as a coach with Let Me Run, Inc. I understand a background check is required prior to coaching and I consent to one. I agree to follow Let Me Run's coaching guidelines, code of conduct, and safety policies, and to help provide a safe, positive environment for the boys in the program.

I acknowledge the physical nature of the activity and, on behalf of myself, release and hold harmless Let Me Run, Inc., its staff, and partner sites from claims arising from my participation, to the extent permitted by law.
