LMR OSDevelopment · donor CRM — interactive preview DEMO · FICTIONAL DATA ← Back to Resources
Demo: every donor, gift, and number here is fictional — sample data only. This is the proposed Development module: what the OS would do with the donor ledger we already hold (6,396 real donors, $1.0M lifetime).

Development — today's queue

The proposed home page answers one question: who needs stewardship today? Ordered most-overdue-first — the same action-queue pattern RDs already use on Home.

Proven Every piece of this module reuses a rail that's already built and running in the OS: the action queue & daily digest, the email-with-logging rail, computed badges, server-side directory search, and the donor ledger itself — live on the dashboard since July 5 with 6,396 donors rebuilt from real Pinwheel data. Nothing on these tabs requires a capability we haven't already shipped somewhere.

Connection column · the moat

Bloomerang would show these ten names as ten cold records. The OS knows one coached, one hosts two teams, one's son aged out of the program, one's a board alum. The connection column is generated from the same tables the rest of the OS runs on — nobody types it twice.

Campaigns & funds

Bloomerang's three-layer model, kept because it works: a fund is where money legally lives (restricted vs unrestricted), a campaign is the effort to fill it, an appeal is the specific ask that worked. Every gift carries all three.

Proven Progress meters and live stat tiles are the same components as the F26 enrollment panel on Home (live). The restricted-fund "out" column reconciles against the Accounting Submission rail — the append-only accounting log that already sends to Attolero from Resources.
